Humble, I had back surgery in 1993, piece of disk broke off and was twanging on the sciatic nerve, and I am 58 now and arthritis in lower back is bad

Getting older sucks! But it beats the alternative. Most days anyway. At least you've got your trader's intuition, wit, sense of humor and your lovely wife, Norton....not to mention your friends who appreciate you. :) And on top of all that you've got your man in the White House. So quit your bitchin'! Just kiddin' my friend. Hope the weekend is good. Storming here......D

PS- Nice trades IC. I'll be shorting next week as well, via leveraged ETF's. SS in sell mode, within primary bear market.

let me add my well wishes Norton - don't know you personally but your little monkey avatar over the years has always garnered the utmost of respect from me towards you - it's the simple things you know :)

Sorry to hear about your back. ST solution is meds but LT solution is only one...back exercises.
Best luck to you.

Norton - you may take a read on this article on inversion tables. (just googled inversion tables and this came up)

http://www.losetheba...inversion3.html

I'm not sure the effectiveness for back therapy, but I just bought one off HSN (EP-850) for around $250. I don't have back problems but like the "stretching" aspect of it.

If you get one, go to www.retailmenot.com (thanks Roger), search on HSN and keep plugging those codes in to see if you can get yourself an up to $50 discount.

norton, So sorry to hear about your back. I had to get a Tempur-Pedic adjustable bed because I couldn't sleep on my sides or flat on my back. If it wasn't for the adjustable bed I'd be up [bleeeep] creek without a paddle. I sleep on my back, but in what you would call a zero gravity position with the legs and head up. Well worth the money. Best, Tom

Off-topic, off-the-wall, exotic, but who knows... worth looking into for some pain relief (nix the LSD though  )?
