As I had mentioned before, right or wrong, I have a lot of respect for those that made the decisive calls rather than doing the IF THIS... THEN THAT double talk. Now that we've all made our calls, let's put it on record, and see what happens next. We'll need a target frame, so let's say either the move of the next 5% or the next 5 sessions, whichever comes first.

I'm starting with this roster. If you're not on the list, it's either because I had missed your comments, or you didn't make it clear for me to understand your position. Please feel free to add, delete, or change until we have the correct roster. Winners get to brag, and losers get to congratulate the winners..

I'm a bear. I would say 7 days down for around 5 - 8% decline once the decline starts. Sell-off should start soon... Barry

I'm Bear, there may be some consilidation like we did tday for few days, but we get major correction soon. Don't know how much extent of this sell-off, but i'll get more clear picture of the size of magnitude once the sell-off starts.

O.K. jjc, qqqqtrdr, & Nietzschean. You have all just been added to the bear camp. I'm going to the gym, but I'll check back to update the list later tonight or tomorrow morning.

This should be FUN...

I don't understand your intentions here TechMan... Those people you list as Bulls are fully aware that the market has shown weakness in the past week or so, and may change their positions in an instant... Why do you need to make a list such as this? There is a daily poll that already does it anonymously... It might be more proper to asks their positions, than for you to categorize them your self It doesn't matter if someone is right or wrong, all that matters is he/she makes money...

brokenspatula - There's no other intentions other than having a little competitive fun. And, I've done this before. No one seemed to mind. I personally don't mind putting my name on the list because that's my position. If I'd made a mistake, like I said, please feel free to add, delete, or change. It's a starting point, not the final roster. O.K.? Now I've gotta get to the gym before it's getting too late...

Thanks TechMan ... Fair enough... To make it clear (pretty sure this would still currently make me a "bull" for this) but my bull leanings are Emerging Markets, Commods and Canadian equities (primarily banks) and I will likely be putting out shorts in Gold Producers and the Euro in the next day or two... Have chosen to play other markets over the U.S for the past while (I think most know I play concentrated options positions primarily)... Don't think this changes anything though (If I was forced to trade it I would net buy the US market)... Excited to see how this plays out...

Also brokenspatula... I think that anyone on the bear or bulll list would make it pretty clear if they were to change their opinions as most are frequent posters...

Let the games begin :numchuk:

Sounds divisive to me...I thought we were all here to beat the market not on each other?
