NDX daily chart for the last year clearly depicts the inverse head & shoulders pattern with a projected price target of approximately 2800...the price target has been reached...the indicators, particularly the bottom two indicators are clearly bearish...good luck with your trading...

DJW monthly chart since 1995...massive head & shoulders formation...scrutinize the MACD & CCI...are we headed for a retest of the 1992 low (89 area)...good luck with your trading...

SPX trend indicator confirms the change in trend to down...note the negative divergence on the trend indicator from the April/May 2011 time frame to the April 2012 time frame...
