Las Vegas in the Spring. Between seminars, we can exchange card counting ("21") systems and face off in some Texas Holdem' tourneys plus go hiking at Red Rock Canyon and sailing on Lake Mead. And of course what happens in Las Vegas.... :)

Come again? Sailing on Lake Mead?

Hasn't human folly sucked that dry yet?

...Hmm, I guess not...not yet anyway....

A Caribbean cruise which includes Grand Turks as a day long stop.
Great food every day & night, live entertainment every night, turquoise waters
of balmy sea even in January, shopping at St Thomas is great, fishing, beaches,
golf, and on board casino!

best Idea yet I am with you pdx. right out of Ft Lauderdale and if we look on Vacations to go.com 90 day ticker we could get the cruise for $450 avg per person inside and perhaps $850 balcony. Princess and Holland America would be the best for the money. More grown ups less kids. (no slides on those two and no offense to those that have young ones but I did that already lol). This way the wives have something to do too instead of listening to our shop talk for those that come.

It would be cool to meet some of you stick readers.
I run a traders Blog with high probability targeting on ES , YM, and will put up 3 others if asked. I mainly trade es and YM. http://ztradingintro.blogspot.com/ YM targeting is closed to any new members for good. Thanks for your interest. Good trades to you.

I think that largest group of members are in Northeast---New York City is Central for the most--other places are out of the way for most.

This gets my vote. For what this costs it will be cheaper than anything suggested so far.
Been on Princes Ships 7 times and love them for service, food, cost etc.
WOMEN & CATS WILL DO AS THEY PLEASE, AND MEN & DOGS SHOULD GET USED TO THE IDEA.
A DOG ALWAYS OFFERS UNCONDITIONAL LOVE. CATS HAVE TO THINK ABOUT IT!!

For those of you who have never cruised, All food & entertainment and your cabin is included in your payment. You will pay extra for booze, tips, and speciality restaurant have nominal cover charge but service there is usually outstanding. The main dining restaurant (usually seats 300-400) and many misc cafe's are included free. The cruise lines make money on booze and sight seeing trips in ports which can get pricey. You are not required to purchase any of those. All large ships (80,000+ tons) have a very large casino which operates whenever ship is not in a port. These ships will also have a dozen or more shops where you can buy all kinds of stuff, including booze & tobacco products, clothes, perfumes, jewelry, otc meds, souvenirs, etc all tax free. And large ships has a dozen or more bars tucked away in various parts of the ship. If the ship is 100,000+ tons, you will not feel much motion. No need to worry about motion sickness.
