I do not care either way Nav as you likely know by now.

over 1272 north or south it goes and the longs need 1223 to hold if it sells for some days. That is the game plan as of right now. Not real complicated or emotional.

Above 1257 i have no interest in short side. Below that i would have no interest in the long side.

Anyway i am still curious as what this TURN means. If 1% move qualifies as a turn, then we turn everyday. ;)

I agree with you NAV, nothing but bullish action here, only a fool would be short IMO, far too premature.

but to be 100% I am FLAT here just making the strong statement that to be successful in trading dont try to be too smart and short too early or go long too early, will kill thou.

Kimston or Zoro - just about the signal, the eurusd had a little low and reversed up on Dec 29, as did gold - what does this mean about a reversal around that date? I was thinking it might have been a reversal UP - Kim's stop isnt hit yet so I guess the jury is still out....just curious. by timing i dont see a turn before tomorrow and possible not til the 3rd week of Jan. still think we see 1300 min.
best,

Hi K.

I take them all individually as they can lose the relationship at any time they once had but I look at all and how they move.

Right now we are in buy SPX and under 1262 it is sell on the daily picture. I adjust as we go.

Intra-day have had 4 swings since the am already. Was asleep at last one looking at 60 min chart when it took off lol. It just went scalp mode as I am writing from a buy @1265.75.

Oh and K you know what I meant above on the vacation thing you know I respect you as an equal. ;)

Love, be kind to one another, seek the truth, walk the narrow path between the ying and the yang.

BTW - selecto - any opinion on coffee? we ended the year almost where we started 2011, and we are almost at the 50% retrace from the huge commodities run from july 10 to the top in May/Sep 2011. some like RR and sugar seem to be picking themselves up off the floor....

Karen, although I have bought and sold a gazillion tons of coffee, I don't trade coffee futures (never did) so my opinion would be about as good as any chart watcher's. Coffee (a drug), in dollar volume, is the second largest legally traded commodity, after oil. But can you imagine the action if cannabis were universally legalized? Dude!

BTW - you are NOT just any other chart watcher, and neither is Z -:numchuk: - i could not find the emoticon with the wagging finger, so I hope this one is OK?

K checks in the mail.

Mike no doubt that would bring in some serious bucks in tax $, stop lots of the nonsense on the boarder, and let some cops work harder real crime.

K I know you asked Mike but I do look at coffee all the time for lots of friends who own coffee farms and I trade it from time to time.
Monthly in sell
Daily in sell
I could break it down more when ever your interested in it to go long.
