I mentioned this on the blog not sure if I did here. Saudi Arabia built a 140 billion dollar NG power plant in their country. They see the writing on the wall. For them it is way better to dump as much oil out now as they can and get the money invest it for down the road and buy and use NG to power as much as they can. Hey sell @ $85 plus and buy and use what cost them about $27 now. You bet!

I wanted to say one more thing about how such low interest rates in US causes other problems. Why would a lot of corps. and individuals park money in the US with no interest when many counties pay you 4+% plus on st paper for 6 months to a year with no risk and you do not have to put money into the Equity casino or 10 to 30 yr bonds paying peanuts interest for the risk Uncle Ben wants you to do. Another Catch 22 for the Fed and their low interest policy.
