RUT

RUT slightly lower high and lower low but it too is just one long sideways chart. They have been banging hard trying to take RUT down, got it down to 940 and then closed it up at 950.29 or up 42 cts and nothing has changed here on the guidance, we still expect that high volume 954.00 to be tested...

SOX

Outside day with another marginal new high, however the important aspect was that the SOX filled the downside gap with a high of 434.18, closing back at 433.53. So we'll take a look at the volume but we do have a stealth sign of strength now because strong trends hold their gaps and this downtrend didn't today. That does leave open now all the real estate overhead back up to 441,51. So bottom line as long as SOX can climb back over that 434 mark and close over it that 441 target is game on.

AAPL

AAPL gapped down on stronger volume on Wednesday to 456, quickly fell to 454 and the lower to 450 and closed at 451 down almost 10 pts. We do have a sign of weakness here, but volume could have been a little stronger - therefore we'll probably see a bounce on Thursday, but because we did close on stronger volume under 454, we could see a test of 448 on a continuation.
