Sorry but those facts are irrelevant.

Likewise the fact that today tied the all time record low for this date.
And the fact that we had the latest snowfall in history last week.
And the fact that we had the latest freeze in history.

Forget the facts which don't fit the belief that man is bad, progress is bad, and man is the cause of temperature on earth... even though killer whales eat cute baby sea otters.

Huh? What I posted Roger is in agreement with you.
"Nulla tenaci invia est via" - Latin for "For the tenacious, no road is impossible".
"In order to master the markets, you must first master yourself" ... JP Morgan
"Most people lose money because they cannot admit they are wrong"... Martin Armstrong

I know Russ.
More importantly your post is in agreement with the facts.
However facts are irrelevant to those who are plagued with guilt and who are easily used by the Illuminati whose desire is to have a central control.

Getting tired of this record cold?

Fall-like Conditions Frustrate Beleaguered Business Owners...

FREAK COLD TEMPS HIT NORTHEAST...

Maybe we can get ol' Sol to wake up just in time for his forecast mid-May Solar Maximum and share the warmth just a bit.
It sure is cool without him.

Solar Activity Surges As Multiple X-Class Flares Are Reported
May 13, 2013
Leading up to 2013 many solar researches forecast that activity on the sun would be heating up as it transitioned into its solar maximum cycle, something that occurs about every 11 years.
New data from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, which monitors solar activity in conjunction with other agencies and space projects, indicates that this wave of powerful solar storms may be starting.

OTOH,
Is this the projected peak and it/s only downhill from here?

(Updated 2013/04/01)
(Notice how low the activity currently is, even as we reach towards the predicted top in May 2013.)

This chart is updated to June 13, 2013 at 05:00 UTC.
It sure looks like May was a peak, at least in the very near term.
We will see if it continues to be as weak as predicted in the weeks and years ahead.

Last year was our (Australian) hottest year on record.

Our snow season was supposed to have started but alas NO snow.

We consider winter here to start June 1st.

I haven't turned the heater on yet.

Last Thursday, July 25, 2013, the temperature at Saranac Lake NY cooled to a record 33 degrees.
It's 20 degrees below normal this week in the middle of the USA.
50's in mid July???
We also had below normal temperatures for first half of 2013 including the latest snowfall on record, as well as the latest freeze in May!!!.
But remember: Don't confuse weather with climate. :P

Spacecraft Sees Giant 'Hole' In Sun...
"These holes are not uncommon, but their frequency changes with the solar activity cycle. The sun is currently reaching its 11-year peak in activity, known as the solar maximum. Around the time of this peak, the sun's poles switch their magnetism. The number of coronal holes typically decreases leading up to the switch.
After the reversal, new coronal holes appear near the poles. Then as the sun approaches the solar minimum again, the holes creep closer to the equator, growing in both size and number, according to NASA."

Shhhh.
It won't make the headlines.
It's not worth mentioning.
But...today Tulsa again was 20 degrees colder than last year at this time.
We are not alone.

Yes, Australia has just recorded its hottest July ever.

This is the middle of our winter.

This is a continuing sequence of record high temps for months and recent years.
