All have different time frames and various methods of trading----but if not very short term---emotions and ideas get confused and throw you off I feel. Also I know many traders professional and other who never look at intraday, and some who look at only weekly.
I will try to start to only look at messages during non-market hours and same for market
Less is more for many IMHO.
This message board is great!---But, looking at it and the market during the day is

Well...at least you learned one important thing on this board....
