Its funny. All these newswriters are worrying for the rich, saying they'll miss out on their 'targets' if they don't put more money in stocks.

Everyone keeps talking about all this "cash on the sidelines" as it were some sort of magic panacea.

I'm pretty sure the RICH, could give a rats [bleeep] about what anyone else thinks, and they have darn good instincts on parking so much in cash. They didn't get 'rich' by being stupid with their money.
