When the President disregards the law, it legitimizes all law breaking.
Disregarding the law includes non-enforcement of constitutionally passed gun laws, immigration laws, drug laws, etc.
Likewise, refusing to prosecute "my people" builds resentment in those who are not considered "my people".

Likewise, tax evasion:
"Rangel Rule" would give taxpayers a free pass on penalties
All U.S. taxpayers would enjoy the same immunity from IRS penalties and interest as House Ways and Means Chairman Charles Rangel, Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner, Tom Daschle, and Harry Reid if a bill introduced becomes law.

The bill calls for the elimination of all IRS penalties and interest for paying taxes that are past due. The bill is named for Charles B. Rangel, and the official name is, the Rangel Rule Act of 2009, HR735. The rule would "prohibit the Internal Revenue Service from charging penalties and interest on back taxes against U.S. citizens." The proposal includes a provision whereby taxpayers could escape the assessment of penalties by writing on their tax forms "Rangel Rule."

You gotta have standing
Why President Obama Can Break The Law With Impunity

"The law is in my mouth."

NY Times: Betrayal of the Constitution

PRESIDENT OBAMA’s declaration of war against the terrorist group known as the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria marks a decisive break in the American constitutional tradition. Nothing attempted by his predecessor, George W. Bush, remotely compares in imperial hubris.

Mr. Bush gained explicit congressional consent for his invasions of Afghanistan and Iraq. In contrast, the Obama administration has not even published a legal opinion attempting to justify the president’s assertion of unilateral war-making authority. This is because no serious opinion can be written.

Federal court ruling today means that the US House of Representatives now will be heard on an issue that drives to the very heart of our constitutional system: the control of the legislative branch over the “power of the purse.”

Securing this decision means that the fundamental questions raised by the Administration’s actions will be resolved by the courts and not simply the court of public opinion. The system as a whole will be benefited by clarifying the respective powers of the branches.

The House filed this lawsuit after the Administration openly violated the Constitution by paying – and by continuing to pay – billions in public funds to insurance companies under an Affordable Care Act program without any appropriation from Congress. Article I, section 9 of the Constitution, states very clearly and very plainly that “No Money shall be drawn from the Treasury, but in Consequence of Appropriations made by Law.”

A new Fitts, later in an analysis of the psychopaths.

Nails it, a study out of hilter-stalin era into the integration of politics with psychopathy.

5% are born psychopaths, born without empathy, basically a separate species, the reptiles, tend to find each other and organize.

20% are capable of producing and end up being compensated to run the apparatus for the psychopaths.

The 75% (which I have called the coincidence theory slaves) are easily harvested because they refuse to

observe or measure reality.

A main reason they dont want to fathom the existence of evil is the welfare state dole, everyone increasingly on the payroll

duplicating how the 20% are used.

instead the zombies readily adopt the smartphones and district tv entrainment.

New Kentucky Governor to EPA on CO2 rules – ‘Pound sand’

“We will tell the EPA and other unelected officials who have no legal authority over us as a state, to pound sand,” Bevin said.

Bevin said that the 10th Amendment to the Constitution is “one of the most powerful tools” at his disposal, because it states that power not expressly given to the federal government is reserved to states.

He contested EPA’s authority, and said its only recourse would be to take Kentucky to court.

Stunning Judicial Ruling From Judge Andrew Hanen – Requires “All DOJ Attorneys” Attend Ethics Classes – Gives U.S. Attorney General Loretta Lynch 60 Days To Present Correction Plan…

To say the ruling is both righteous and stunning would be a disservice to the words “Righteous” and “Stunning”.

Judge Hanen has given Loretta Lynch 60 days to file a written response outlining what specific corrective action she is personally taking to ensure all DOJ attorneys are truthful and honest:

The ruling stems from the DOJ conduct in the Deferred Action for Parents of Aliens (DAPA), or Obama’s November 2014 “Executive Amnesty”,
