Of course they do.

Do they lend them money to do so ? ( do I need to even answer that ? )

Well what we have on wallstreet is mostly all margin borrowers with a negative net worth, the highest ever in fact.

So essentially even the casino owners or people who frequent such places aren't as ignorant or stupid as the margin borrowers themselves, or those who are willing to lend them the money.

By the time this bubble pops, and it will, there won't be enough QE in the entire universe to stop the downward death spiral this next time.

Come October, when the Feds exit QE, George Zoros will begin to have some very profitable puts that will increase, I suspect, by the hundreds of millions in value on a near weekly basis.
