CHILDREN JUST AREN'T GOING TO KNOW WHAT SNOW IS. The Independent, 2000:
Snow is starting to disappear from our lives. ... According to Dr David Viner, a senior research scientist at the climatic research unit of the University of East Anglia, within a few years winter snowfall will become "a very rare and exciting event".

19 years later: March 2019

Historic avalanche danger causes havoc in Colorado mountains

"the most dangerous avalanche conditions in years"
"ski resorts closed"
"highways closed"
"sweeping vehicles off the road"
"three or 4 vehicles were buried"

All the new snow has proved to be too much of a good thing for some ski resorts.
The avalanche danger in the central mountains was rated as extreme, the highest rating.
Arapahoe Basin ski resort closed due in part to the extreme avalanche danger.
Another avalanche ruptured a natural gas line to the east near Copper Mountain ski resort
Copper Mountain said that electricity was out

I-70 was closed for hours by the Vail Pass slide as well as later avalanches.
One avalanche near the town of Empire reached Interstate 70 for the first time since 1957.
Snow from another avalanche near the Eisenhower Tunnel covered all four lanes of the highway and left snow and other debris up to 15 feet (5 meters) deep over a 300-foot (91-meter) stretch of the road, the center said.

So who are you going to believe?

"Expert" fear monger guesses... or your own lying eyes?

Historic "GLOBAL WARMING" is causing historic COLD
I guess the models were slightly wrong?
Computer model GIGO: Garbage In Garbage Out

March 11, 2019:

Montana endures one of nation's most exceptional cold winters on record...
Over the entire month of February and even into March, such exceptional, life-threatening cold never departed parts of Montana. Temperatures averaging 20 to 30 degrees below normal gripped huge areas in the state, as well as parts of the Dakotas.
In most locations, there is no historical record of cold so extreme lasting so long.
These places are normally cold but this chill was unlike anything seen in the contiguous United States in decades, for both its intensity and its duration.
The February temperature departures from normal were stunning. Several major climate locations averaged 27 to 28 degrees below normal, which were the most extreme in the Lower 48 for a full month since January 1969.

(That's about when  the "GLOBAL COOLING CRISIS!" started to heat up.)  ;-)

Colorado hit by 'Historic-sized' avalanche a mile wide
An avalanche near Aspen estimated to have occurred on Saturday was at least a mile wide and dropped over 3,000 vertical feet.
State officials catapulted their gauge of avalanche danger to the highest level after Colorado notched 2,000 avalanches so far this season.

Rare 10-mile-long lake forms in Death Valley after heavy rains and flooding
"It's a surreal feeling seeing so much water in the world's driest place."

Global Warming or normal Climate Cycles and natural events?

Melting Mount Everest glaciers reveal dead climbers' bodies: report

"Because of global warming, the ice sheet and glaciers are fast melting and the dead bodies that remained buried all these years are now becoming exposed." The BBC also interviewed a government official who had retrieved about 10 dead bodies from the mountain in recent years who said that “clearly more and more of them are emerging now.”

So these climbers were climbing Everest many decades ago when the ice thickness was EQUAL to 2019.

So, many  decades ago there must have been Global Warming?

Followed by a cooling climate which covered their bodies in thick ice (coinciding with extremely weak Solar Cycles 12, 13,&14)?

Followed by the mid 1980's warming climate (coinciding with extreme strong Solar Cycles 21, 22,& 23)?

Sounds so much like a Climate CYCLE or a climate event.

How can this be? The computer models...wrong again?  Normal cycles winning...again?

Key glacier GROWING again after shrinking for years...

WASHINGTON — A major Greenland glacier that was one of the fastest shrinking ice and snow masses on Earth is growing again, a new NASA study finds.

The Jakobshavn glacier around 2012 was retreating about 1.8 miles and thinning nearly 130 feet annually. But it started growing again at about the same rate in the past two years, according to a study in Monday’s Nature Geoscience. Study authors and outside scientists think this is temporary.

“That was kind of a surprise. We kind of got used to a runaway system,” said Geological Survey of Denmark and Greenland ice and climate scientist Jason Box.

"A natural cyclical cooling of North Atlantic waters likely caused the glacier to reverse course", said study lead author Ala Khazendar, a NASA glaciologist.

"The conspicuous disposal of wealth" will control the climate.

"Advanced" humanity thinks that taxation will miraculously control the climate.
But there's literally nothing new under the Sun-God.

The Mayans, Incas and Aztecs are known for their "primitive" sacrifices, sometimes even human child sacrifices.
But they were not the first, nor the last.
See "Virgins of the Sun" on Youtube

A Mystery Religion Pre-Dated The Incas by 500 Years, Stunning Lake Discovery Reveals
"They also emphasise the display of powerful forces, as the dissemination of rituals focused on the representation of a rayed-faced deity and smoke-gusting pumas, the sacrifice of juvenile llamas, and the conspicuous disposal of wealth."
The Tiwanaku would pray, slay, and lay their offerings in the water of one of the world's highest lakes, perhaps being as close to their gods as they could get.

Now, advanced civilization thinks that "The conspicuous disposal of wealth" thru taxation will control the climate.
Additionally, many of our most advanced are refusing to even have children in order to control the climate.

Global warming ended in 2016: proof that the sun, not CO2, drives Earth's climate
Technical Report (PDF Available) · June 2018 with 11,319 Reads
Report number: Technical Note 2018-4
Abstract

TECHNICAL NOTE 2018-4. These five slides prove four vital points. (A) Global warming and cooling are driven by the sun (Slide 2), specifically by the solar-sourced Interplanetary Magnetic Field (Slides 3, 4), which regulates incoming cosmic rays (Slide 4), in turn governing cloudiness and thus global temperature (the breathtakingly elegant Svensmark Theory). (B) Global temperature oscillations are shown here to lag 25 years behind the causative solar magnetic fluctuations (Slides 3, 4). This 25-year lag is due to ocean thermal inertia (google it; NB remarkable agreement with the 15-20-year lag estimated theoretically by Wetherald et al. 2001 and Abdussamatov et al. 2012), discounted by the United Nations Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC). © The idea that CO2, currently constituting just 1/2,500th (400ppm) of the atmosphere (a geo-historically very low value, near plant-starvation level), is causing, through mankind’s CO2 additions, 'anthropogenic global warming’ (AGW), is highly doubtful. (D) Global warming is arguably over. It peaked in 2016, 25 years (see lag time, above) after the 1991 solar magnetic peak (Slides 3, 4). Our Earth is now cooling (Slide 4, bottom graph; slide 5, top graph).   https://www.research...OwPGIWAgaxr8_Z0

Awesome paper and great link. Thanks.

This answered the question of the temperature fluctuation lag time observed in different time frames:

Global temperature oscillations are shown here to lag 25 years behind the causative solar magnetic fluctuations

 https://www.research...OwPGIWAgaxr8_Z0

In a similar lag:

We have all observed that the summer equinox, the longest day of the year in North America in late June, precedes the hottest days of the year by 5 to 6 weeks.

And high noon is almost always hours ahead of the afternoon heating high temperature, followed by the often coolest temperatures at dawn.

And likewise the shortest day in late December precedes the coldest days by a similar time lag.

The next few decades could be interesting.

Thanks, I was impressed by the paper too, and David DuByne who runs Adapt2030 channel on youtube says "this is the defining pivotal peer reviewed research about the Ocean's temperatures that the IPCC can not longer use the excuse that the warming oceans are causing more evaporation causing record snows." DuByne reports that a number of studies show the ocean is now cooling at the bottom and top. DuByne and others are warning that there is likely to be crop failures as we head into the grand solar minimum and there could be famine. He advises to stock up on storable foods and even grow some of your own, such as winter greens etc.  https://www.youtube....8GxZgqqY&t=780s

Greenland's ice is on track to growing for the 3rd year in a row now, as Martin Armstrong reported recently too , Armstrong's own computer models have been warning for a few years that we are headed into much colder weather, that is why he moved from NJ to Florida. https://www.armstron...is-season-ends/

"We will never see snow again" LOL!

How can so many be so wrong and yet still be believed?

A second 'bomb cyclone' blizzard hits U.S. Plains and Midwest

April 11, 2019

"This week's storm will keep dumping snow on parts of Colorado, Wyoming, South Dakota, North Dakota, Minnesota and Wisconsin"

"It is a bomb cyclone, the second we've had," said Brian Hurley, a meteorologist with the weather service's Weather Prediction Center in Maryland.

"Some areas getting 17 inches, and we're expected another 10 to 15 inches before this is done."

PS:

It was one year ago on April 15, 2018, the mid-west saw the coldest day EVER on that date, and the latest hard freeze ever, destroying much of the peach crop and other produce.

... a little more Global Warming would be welcome because COLD KILLS!
