I am very interested in how you can see the chart as bullish and bearish at the same time.bearish to a bear's eye, and bullish to a bull's eye. The chart is innocent.
Thanks,

I see it as a neutral - but a slight suggestion of being bearish. Overall market IMO is running on fumes. Much more than normal.MSS - I thought he was in a way agreeing with what you said "not as strong as first look"" i.e. it looks strong (bullish) but maybe not so strong (bearish)? How do you see it - bearish?
I appears to be too much like 2008 rather than 1998.
I could be wrong, want be the first time.

Check out ratio SPXEW:SPX overlaid to SPX price and look for divergences.I see it as a neutral - but a slight suggestion of being bearish. Overall market IMO is running on fumes.
