Why no answer?  If you have your target, you must have a stop right?  Unless you are batting 1000% and this is nuisance to you.

The market internals right now are like starting an old Model T...you turn the crank, the engine spits and lurches and quits...you turn the crank again, this time with bit more amplitude, and the engine turns over, misfires a couple a times, and suddenly quits again. This will continue until the fuel provided becomes a bit more rich in its octane content and better synchronicity returns to its internal timing

keep an eye on the "ted spread" - its dropping as the liquidity improves

It is very hard to be Bullish when so much say otherwise.
