Just wondering aloud - you could always draw a pitchfork to fit the price the action. The last one seems to be be too steep IMHO. BTW, thanks for the link that has a decent explanation on what CLX method is. If I am not mistaken it was Grainville who invented CLX method and he had quite a few failures in calling for bear markets in the 80's and 90's. I wonder if we are going to have problem with CLX trying to call a bottom here.

First I advise you to study the pitchforks on my blog and especially the connection between the different timeframes. Second you cant draw the pitchfork to fit the price action cause there is Andrews principle.

My clx model is not the pure clx as mentioned in the link. I added a math formula.

Thanks for the explanation. Based on your modified CLX method, do you have a timeline for the bounce? It seems that everyone is now expecting 17xx or even 16xx. It just seems a return to 20xx is far fetched let alone all time high at 21xx.

No timeline for now. My take is the boyz will take price to the 23.6% fib 2009/2015....S&P 500 didnt visit that fib (1784) yet.....The Naz and Dow did ...The Naz 2002/2015....The Dow 2009/2015
