The Fed said nothing informative about raising the rate...........

However, I do get an impression that the Fed is very afraid of any actions.  So, probably no raising thru the year .

Update:

The signal ended the day at Neutral.

Again folks were dumping into the bounce toward the close.  I see we are very close to an important top ........
