Anyone who has followed this site for some time knows I love to short coal stocks but haven't been posting much about it lately since I've been on the sidelines in the sector.
The stocks have had a tremendous rally, in some instances, doubling, probably in the hope some Presidential candidate would come along and save them. Well, now that doesn't appear to be in the works, let alone the fact they are long-term doomed no matter what, it has been time to start to play the downside again. I'm short on the arrows on the charts below, triggered by the falling NYSI and the red Heikin-Ashi on each stock.
I only bring this up because I added to the shorts today. I will cover today's addition on a close above the white line, and may take profits along the way, but my ultimate target - as with ACI, WLT, and BTU - is bankruptcy.
