You know my impression of Germany is that they are pretty smart and they are also frank...
When the government requires citizens to hold 10 days minimum of food and water provisions...
I am paying attention.

I dont share your impression but I am paying attention - that is the kind of announcement that comes out to disguise "friendly fire"

I"ve done a lot of business with German clients over the years with some pretty big companies and gathered my impressions through those experiences.

I'm bearish as we are set for some vol. But you gotta relax, we haven't even broken any basic trendlines, MA's. The bulls are still in control until they aren't.

Tops are not made with the US banks outperforming the S&P. as for the Germans I think they are worried about War... Last I knew war was bullish.

Like they say, they don't ring the bell at tops. Anybody who says "this is not a top" is as much a crystal ball-er as who says "this is the top".

Not really stating any hard reliable fact here; Merely trying to present a null hypothesis in a "significance testing" sense. "During Most tops of any significance in the last 20 years banks have underperformed the S&P over a period ~5-10 days".
You could say something like: Sulfur is yellow and the Sun is yellow and therefore infer the Son is made of sulfur. It would just be a story open to interpretation or more likely miss-interpretation.
