The $RUT hourly chart printed a TDSEQ Countdown 13 buy/exhaustion signal @ 9:30 CDT today at the .886 fib from the 8/3 low and at a very important support area at 1209.76 which goes back well into 2015. There was a price flip buy signal at the 1:30 PM CDT hourly bar. This also fits some timing models. I closed my shorts and sold TZA in the first hour. I'm not entering given it's op ex, timing models only expect only a short bounce, --equities are so choppy, the wave counts fine as wave 3 of C or 3 of 5 down so far, and I'd like to see what Monday brings. First hourly resistance on this upmove is 1218, then 1227.
