Long ES 2138 stop 2123. My system is expecting a bounce - swing trade.

Added 2132 ES long. Avg price 2135. I just want to be clear - I do not believe in multiple adds over time that somehow brings your avg price down. I view such posters as being dishonest.

 

When I take a position, I always take half size. But then, based on what price does, I will add the other half lower or higher. Higher is always better as its confirming the position.

 

In this case it is lower.. but still my system is still supportive of longs.. so I am using this weakness tonight to add and get up to full size.

 

No more adds.

Well you are the inspiration there NAV.. 

 

But guess I picked the wrong day to start posting trades lol.. Setup looked good when I took it. After this action overnight, I am not sure anymore. Will still give it some more time.

Well, it's just one among many trades. Nothing to sweat there. 

 

ES needs to get back above 2135 to turn bullish.

Closed half of ES long here at 2140. 5 points profit. Will hold other half a little longer. Bad entry on the trade... still a profit.
