They are really reluctant to cut as they all know the intrinsic value of crude will be decreasing as the world will rely more on nuclear power and electric cars. For now everyone including USA just wants to sell as much as possible.
It will be interesting to see how much effective will be this cut ........

It's obvious that they are the last to get the message, they should have cut a year ago...
If they raise the price that just opens up more supply from the U.S.
