Crude isn't making new highs every day...
One anecdotal from my Shanghai trip...
In the past there have been mammoth traffic jams... lasting for hours...
We went to the airport in rush hour yesterday and there was relatively no traffic at all...
Even as the Police were stopping traffic and pulling cars over for "inspection", we whistled right by it.
