So yesterday too the A/D volume to all time highs. That's Bullish.

 

The Options Oscillator gave a Buy, BUT, it's also still on a Sell. Often the market will make both signals right either same day or over two days.

 

We have a solid Fully Long/Fully Short Sell.

 

I expect weakness but I'm not confident of how much. I don't think it's going to be easy for the Bears and bigger picture, it's not looking good for the Bearish case.

China credit just got started again with the new year.  Everything that was selling off into the end of 2016 is coming alive like gold and emerging markets.  Dollar is somewhat selling off.  I consider this a countertrend rally albiet a potentially strong one.  It might last into the Lunar New Year with a lot of this newly printed money shuttled into these asset classes.  I wouldn't be surprised to see a dramatically high number for China credit growth in January.

On the Gann date,

 

Can you explain here what you see?  Do we get a false break higher out of the month long consolidation monday then turn down hard for a few days? Or a real move over 20k?

 

I will try to stop by your room later today If I can.  One thing I am noting is the weakness in RUT... And to me GS is looking tired on a short term basis.
