Times have changed and Sears stood still.
Really a pain in the butt to go there and have to wait endlessly trying to cashier...
They can't just take the money, they have to pitch you on credit cards...
Meanwhile, AMZN is opening new stores with no employees at all, you just put your items in the basket and it hands you your receipt as you exit.

so sad - their Kenmore line of appliances was very reliable....I am not sure why they didnt do better but to compare them with AMZN that has basically been "selling products below market price" and having virtually no earnings is probably not the best comparison....even Macy's profit margin is about twice AMZN, per finviz!
we can also remember why studebaker was said to go BK- it built the cars too well!

black smiths went away to.....the writing was on the wall for sears ...its called the edifice complex......after the sears tower was built the end was in sight......kmart....built the worlds largest hq building .....another doomed company.......

The last 15 years the appliance were only as reliable as the manufacturer. Some on this list make crappy appliances and all your getting is the tag.
