So much reminds me of 2008... All the retailers, services, everything... they hold the price up... while demand dissipates..
Then one day BOOOM - out of nowhere...
The Limited suddenly shut down all of its stores and laid off thousands of workers
hardball, that's what it gets you... OUT OF BUSINESS.

This market stinks like the NY Giants last night on that fumble... defensive player just casually walks by the ball, absolutely sure it was an incomplete pass, but no whistle was blown... The guy had the game at his feet and didn't compute. First rule is you never give up on a play until the whistle is blown...
So that's kinda what this looks like, a fumble that just looks like an incomplete pass...
We'll see, volume is strong, this will be a good test.
We'll see if the defense gets the ball again or not...

It's capitulation... and once it starts we don't know where it ends... we went from Bear Stearns through a zillion bank consolidations right into General Motors...
They play hard ball right until the Power company comes in to shut the power off...
