I am starting to think that the poster who said everyone is expecting a decline after inauguration, and because of that, we may just continue rallying may be right.
I was shorting the RUT since 1390 and covered yesterday because this is starting to look like a stealth bull move to me. Either way, long term rectangle points to a 40 point move.
