The hourly Russell charts just printed a TDCombo 13 buy signal @ 2:30 CST and a TDSEQ 13 Buy signal @ 12:30 CST at the 1.128 fib extension from the 1/12 low. The last bar also printed a TD Analog low, often a perfect signal. This is probably the end of Wave 4. Projected top of Wave 5 is @ 1450.

1450 is > 3stdev on the daily? per option it is 1.666sdev for march

Calculated as follows --- 2.618 fib extension x distance of wave 1(2/11/16-3/7/16) added to bottom of wave 2 (3/10/16) = 1458 area @ 360 degree (12 month) turn area in Feb 2017
