Speaking of which... NEW 15 YEAR HIGH ON SOX this morning...
(Today's Forecast)
SOXX - PULLBACK ON STRONGER VOLUME AND BOUNCE TO CLOSE UP about a buck and a half on the day at 980.48. Actually one of the reasons we are bullish about Friday is the SOXX, only 11 points away from the last 15 year high at 991 - so we feel there's still a lot of room here for mark up and the SOXX refuses to back off... We could easily see this cross 1000 tomorrow on a large gap up and run and would not be surprised, but first things first, let's see that 991 test and how it acts... SOX closed at 980

Household survey unadj. - Over 1 million jobs
Establishment survey unadj - Almost 600 thousand jobs
Warm weather probably helped. Usually, jobs started getting added back in February through June after the winter layoffs.

What a setup this is...
Hard to tell what's going on - either it's spillover and another consecutive month of job creation from the Obama Administration, or some new team at BLS pulled the sh...urge right out of the President's ample behind.
