The system is still in cash. The next risk window for a turn or trend acceleration according to the system is this Friday the 24th through Monday the 27th of March with a total of 6 risk cycle turns, a couple of which have a pretty good track record.

Unfortunately the recent risk windows have only identified uninteresting minor turns or stalls in the trend. A real humdinger of a turn is very overdue. If not this coming window, then maybe the one the first week of April might bring the thunder. Every time I'm sure I've spotted that elusive, near extinct black swan bird, it's turned out to just be a shadowy mirage. I know it's lurking out there, cause I can still faintly hear it's siren calls toward the rocks - "buy every dip", "buy every breakout".
