No low today.
I'm highly confident of that.
That said, we're going to start getting some fairly reliable Buy signals soon. This crew here will be heavily long at the low, if history is any guide.

I've been polling this board for 16 years. I can only remember about 3 instances when they weren't heavily long at a low or heavily short at a high.

For day/swing traders, keep shorting RUT/IWM into pivot points...its the one.

Concerning my point that the FF'ers will not get it right at the bottom, look at the polls from 11/8 thru 11/14, all net short. or look at 2/11 thru 2/11 of 2016, start of an incredible run, and again, net bearish nearly every day. So I think the poll is a contrary indicator. It didn't get modestly bullish until May, when markets finally leveled out for a while. Maybe it worked for you for 15 years, but I don't see it now. I have hit on this point several times and wonder what I am missing. Those archived numbers seem pretty clear.

This market has headwinds and tailwinds. KBE is looking like garbage now. I can't imagine the market not going down with KBE going into the tank. However, EEM is strong. EEM is an indicator of dollar liquidity.
I think we get a quick Brexit-like dip after this rally. Since the dollar liquidity is so high, I think it gets bought rather quickly just like with the Brexit dip.
I'm long QQQ and XLP, but I'm looking to dump the QQQ longs pretty quickly. XLP is a keeper.
