OOPS... DB just made a new low... 16.83...
So which is the news that's driving this market...
All this Washington Skullduggery?
Or DB and these banks?
I submit it is the latter. ( I see DB fair value around $11, just at present)
and until GS gives us something more bullish, we are not going very far.

It's DB, no doubt about it, the counterparty risk is unfathomable... Bottom line, is that sick thought, that they had to bend over for a 35% ramrod just to float this monster of a bank... it's not going to go away any time soon...
It's like a synapse... that thought just continues to circle back in front of the mind...

Well, well... another FLAMEOUT... what a surprise!...NOTT
Today's SPX:
SPX RALLY AND SHORT-SQUEEZE FAILS MISERABLY - There was a huge rally early in the session as the pumps were set at full blast and the robots reigned, but that rally ran into a brick wall at 2358, turned south and closed the day at 2345.13 or DOWN about 2 1/2 points on the day... so the damage to the closing price was slight, but the damage to the momentum looks devastating. We're looking for more rally attempt again tomorrow and a possible very early flameout

They probably could have gotten a better deal at a pawn shop, but maybe they wouldn't even pass their credit check ...
