Well it did from a lower low...lol. I was expecting a last half hour rip, based on the last 2 days of trading between 1350 and 1360.

From what I hear from Paul Ryan, the health care bill is dead for now.  I think this definitely puts a damper on volatility because Obamacare is basically back indefinitely which the stock market seems to be okay with.  Tax reform is next up on the agenda, but that would take months to get done.

 

VIX had a daily candle that looked bearish.  Let's see how that plays out.
