GS did not bounce much. I would be a bit worried if I were a bull.

Longer Look at GS...

 

Let's take a longer look here at GS - Now we did tell you that we expected a test of the previous low at 213, based on extreme volume and we got that test... that test came on lighter volume, and now we're getting a bounce per bullish spring... but look at that bounce, it is anemic, and this of great concern.  At a minimum now GS needs to bounce to test the previous volume highs on both of these 213 low candles at 219.89 and at 222.16 and we see odds to test those levels as long as 213 holds.  Now let's address our concerns over the break of this 213 low... there is a long history of support from 208-210, so we could see a consolidation there, but if that one breaks... we're going to be looking for a cascading situation that could take GS into a much deeper decline under 200

Hmmm, GS is trading down ONE CENT in premarket... Futures are a little jittery this morning... I was looking for a narrow range inside day today, now I'm wondering if something more spectacular is on the menu.

If so I'm hoping for the long side. I have 2396 spy as a wall to aim for if so.

Well, the thing to watch here is the EUR$... it's now trading where it was on.... 11/8/2016

 

Which may become a recurring theme over the next few weeks...

I'm short Banks... FAZ... bought it this morning on the dip...

 

and looking at LABD ... when I see some Nasdaq weakness show up.

OK, so bought a little LABD... I'm staying light overall here on this, until I see GS break 213, then I can get more aggressive..

 

So what we're playing for on this LABD... is a test of 3000 on this $NBI (Nasdaq Biotechs)... If it does break there's 200 pts available downside...

 

Anyway, that's what I'm thinkin' here.
