Thing about these banks, it's not always a CYCLICAL play...
It can be STRUCTURAL...
As in the return OF your principal...
Recent events between Germany (home of DB) and the US leaves a lot of questions over who is going to be IN the bailout...
Counterparty Risk is huge, but we have GS in there to navigate those waters, like they did last time (Hank Paulsen).

Monday will be the big down day, I'm certain because I will be on a plane all day... Last time it was May 17th, the big down day. It's like clockwork. I plan these trips weeks and months in advance.. and always pick the wrong day to be out of the office...
