The Media unites in attacking Oliver Stone over his favorable Putin documentary.

Watch: Colbert’s tense, bizarre interview with Oliver Stone, who’s “amazed” at Putin’s “courtesy”

Colbert censored this out in his interview with Oliver Stone:

Stone said of alleged and thus far totally unproved Russian interference:

“Israel had far more involvement in the US election than Russia, why don’t you ask me about that?”

Colbert, quick to end that part of the discussion replied,

“I’ll ask you about that when you make a documentary about Israel”

This section of the interview was edited out of the final  broadcast, but multiple sources, including many pro-Israel sources testify to the existence of the in-studio exchange.

Stephen Cohen on the Hysterical Reaction to the Trump-Putin Summit

Why do these people [in D.C.] dislike Putin, the president of post-communist Russia, more than they ever seemed to have disliked the communist leaders? It’s more about us, Tucker, than it’s about them and this is really dangerous, not permitting the President of the United States to keep us safe.

2016

Obama directly told Trump  “there is no serious person out there that would suggest… you could even rig America’s elections”…

"Vladimir The Terrible" - US Deep State Desperately Needs A Russian Villain To Cover Its Tracks

Rewind to September 24th, 2001. Having gone on record as the first global leader to telephone George W. Bush in the aftermath of the 9/11 terrorist attacks,

Putin showed his support went beyond mere words. He announced a five-point plan to support America in the ‘war against terror’ that included the sharing of intelligence, as well as the opening of Russian airspace for US humanitarian flights to Central Asia.

In other words, the new Russian leader was demonstrating his desire for Russia to have, as Henry Kissinger explained it some seven years later, “a reliable strategic partner, with America being the preferred choice.”

If it was obvious that Russia was now fully prepared to enter into a serious partnership with the United States in the ‘war on terror,’ then how do we explain George W. Bush announcing the withdrawal from the Anti-Ballistic Missile Treaty just three months later?

Oliver Stone interviews Putin

Oliver Stone: A coup d’état is planned by people who have power inside.

Vladimir Putin: No, I do not mean that. I mean lack of respect for the will of the voters. I think it was unprecedented in the history of the United States.

Oliver Stone: What was unprecedented?
Vladimir Putin: It was the first time the losing side does not want to admit defeat and does not respect the will of the voters.   https://www.thegatew...th-oliver-stone/
