it would make a lot of sense now for a two week pullback into the equinox imo
Consolidation for a week and then gold blows through 1350.
blowing through 1350 tonight, 1375 (2016's high area) will be the next resistance. Nugt is lagging tremendously at 46 last year at these gold levels it was in the 140 area, gold stocks are lagging gold. High on this run should come late Oct. as per my previous view.

it appears to leave a long horizontal volume by price band today,
much cleaner to 1533, but some congestion to 1434, to people really think they
need to get even now from 6 and 3 years ago volume band, probably not much resistance.
Its an easy air gap 2434 to 1533 that $100 comes easy.
next week is a dip in some cycles the high cycles peak about 8 weeks out, some accumulation
trough from 9 to 20 weeks and then the historic move.
if gold stocks weaker now maybe that buy is some next week and then big 20 weeks out.

Gold has been weaker than the US$ since 2011 highs, highlighted in Gold/Dollar chart below. The ratio is attempting to do something this week that it hasn't been able to accomplish the past few years- CLICK ON CHART TO ENLARGE The ratio has traded sideways for the past three years, inside the blue shaded zone

waiting for a pullback to add . the equinox looms large. commercials mounting quite a short position. so some pieces of the puzzle are there. we are in diwali buying season. and nkorea successfully tested a hydrogen bomb. so, waiting . these higher prices for alot of companies, who have cut expenses , these prices are profitable. cant say when , but a feeding frenzy is moving closer. trying to ascertain which explorers offer great potential. sabina does not have permit yet, at least to my knowledge , but i think they are getting closer. the part of the caribou herd that meanders on their property is much much smaller so the natives are warming up to the idea as it creates jobs. but i stopped buying there @.93 chpgf -riefel has a great track record and he will hold out for a more favorable environment. and now w/zinc running chpgf is even more attractive. there are 4-5 others that i have a presence who are very attractive as they are further along in the process. not sure if i am done accumulating if the market doesnt let me in , then i am done. if it does then i am not
