Looks like on ISEE these were insiders knowing what is coming on JY statement

I'd have to guess that was exactly the case! It WAS WWW after all! The Financial vs. Non-Financial Commercial Paper differential was looking pretty Bullish too.
Now my Options Oscillator is flashing a Buy. I would guess we pull back a bit today to set it up, but we'll have to see. Momentum is now up and the ITBM is turning.
