The cycles depicted in red are half phase off, the lows were in early 2016. 

 

I also see a low in early August, and the second half of July is seasonally not kind to investors. 

 

This week is the option expirations and Jul 21-24 is the new moon, a potential turn till early August... 

 

CBOE Equity P/E closed at 0.53 today, perhaps a sharp pull back and secondary high by expirations and then a little volatility.

 

Major cycle lows are due in October, if you correct the phase in red cycles in the chart...
