Look at the Fed time anomaly yesterday - to 8.84

I'm wondering if I should count this as breaking the 1 1/2 year VIX trend line, its such a machine driven anomaly, so outlying with the rest of the day.

I don't have hard numbers to support my statement but I think those usually get tested.
