Not enough folks short (this crew is almost ALWAYS leaning heavily short at tops).
So, as a general rule, when we are at or very near new highs and we are sparsely short, you gotta buy the dips.

A little. At least we CAN top. My gut says we get a bit of selling. I'm not willing to bet on it. Not picking tops has improved my sleep and my wallet.

All you need to know is TA (Trump Admin) is in charge, and forget P/E, Volume or insider activity.
I always knew Trump would be bullish for the market. Bulls should pray Trump stays in power.
