I don't see internals lagging in this chart...

 

AAII says ST top, but our poll says not today.

NYAD is the opposite and lagging severely and the MACD is divergent:

Now it looks that "they" will have to do this shaking again in the afternoon.  Or maybe even something else.  Let's see how it will play out................

I would suggest that "issues" is less important than volume. JS. I look at it all, of course, but I don't get excited about lagging breadth without looking at A/D volume.
