This week's risk window on Tuesday and Wednesday the 12th and 13th turned out to be a dud with only the slightest stock market hiccup before marching to new highs.

The risk window for this coming week is a real head scratcher.  The system shows 9 risk cycle turns scattered from Monday through Thursday.  Normally the highest risk is at the beginning and at the end of a large risk cloud which means Monday the 18th and Thursday the 21st, but Wednesday might squeeze out Thursday given the FED, the economic equivalent of Punxsutawney Phil, is currently expected to reconfirm its undying affection for the stock market bubble on Wednesday.  So maybe it's better to say late Wednesday into Thursday for the second risk window.

Regards,

Douglas
