To me, there is a clear 5 wave pattern off the 09 lows, so this is either wave 5 of 1 of primary wave 3 or a terminal 5th wave 

off the 1982 lows. Either way, we either correct to 17,000 or 10,000 for wave 2. I count the 87 top as 5 of 1 and then the 

crash to the middle of wave 4.

The wave off the 2016 lows is not a 5 wave sequence

I don't think it has to be a clean 5 waves to top. They probably don't want to make it that easy to spot.
