actually on review I am going to sell some smallcap funds on the high day
whether Weds, Thurs I have to sell early to be able to buy timely in 30 days.
I am just buy and hold as far as 401k but I try to parlay a little buying power,
the cycles are pretty bad doesnt always work in this type of market at least 30
calendar days should be a better timing point. I did previously sell some of large
cap growth funds about right at 3 previous highs and have working cash.

I havent done it for a while my last attempt was right for a couple days but ended up just breaking even,
this week I will do some index puts or long vix calls for 3-4 weeks out. When I say this I am only
talking a small amount of money. Coincidently I believed that short tern gold cycles will have some up turns due
that may be contrary to the stock mkt.
