Agree. If everyone understands the cause of news, they will buy it. When the cause is uncertain, they panic.In fact firing missile would be bullish news. I would prefer that we go down without any news.
Or even better when they sell on some good news! Like BS tax or else.

They will probably fire a missile since there is an upcoming naval exercise directed an NK. That has been the pattern.
Their nuclear testing grounds have become unstable and a potential radioactive pollution threat.
