Wall Street players kicked and screamed to get their "desired" chair last time and got their way. I would imagine, due to the BIG money involved and the presence of two ex-Goldman mouths within earshot........they will ultimately get their way again. After all.....we don't want to do anything that might rattle the markets......now do we?

Maybe they think it's the time rattle. They won't tell you when they changed their positions.
