Highly likely a gap open tomorrow.  It could be either way, but more likely a gap up in anticipating the vote to be passed in the House.............

VST signal just turned into Neutral from Bullish.  I see it's going to be a selling on the news day.  Near term now only bad news left. ....................

Things may move the market tomorrow:  3rd quarter GDP will be out tomorrow morning.  Consensus 2.5%, whisper number 2.9%.
