With the introduction of futures, i think we will see better price discovery going forward.  lighten.gif

I wish CME also has futures options for trading bitcoin futures.  Without a hedge it's very risky for bitcoin trading.

Options on future will probably be listed too. CME Globex has FutOpt for most of their futures listings.

looks like a classic 5th wave vertical and unsustainable leg of a parabolic blowoff right now to me from mid Sep under 4000 - now near 7200. I'd run away from that chart. Shades of real estate 2006/2007 and dot.coms in 2000 and silver into the 2011 top, we see

Yes but the question is what will be the high price and closing price at the end of this year ???? There are 2 months left . What is to stop this from doubling again by December 31st ?

and whats to stop it from declining 50-90% and doing nothing for years? I just look at charts, IMO it's in the unsustainable straight up parabolic blowoff leg. I am not trading it - just my observation. In these situations I have observed for over 30 years that many always seem to say "this time it is different" and it never is, be fun to watch
