AAII 29% bulls   and NAAIM exposure index 49.76. Only two times under 50 since coming out of that Feb 2016 low.

I find those average numbers much less useful than the MEDIAN exposure levels. That's at 90% Long about where it's been for months (it's been 90% or above since March).
